The story behind Comprehend
It all started Christmas of 2019. Our CCO Chris, then just a practicing physical therapist, was hunched over his laptop typing up notes while the family enjoyed the festivities. Jake always had a passion for tech, and seeing his cousin working on a holiday got him thinking. He told Chris; "One day AI will do this stuff for you". Chris was skeptical, but said that would be great.
Inspired by this vision, Jake pursued an education in AI, eventually developing the bones of the platform and bringing it to Chris. Five years later, with Chris's clinical knowledge and Jake's AI technology, they have turned that original prediction into a reality. A revolutionary system that integrates with your EMR to ease the burden of documentation, ensuring compliance, and increasing quality of life for thousands of clinicians.

Jake MichalskiJake is our AI guy. He's a big water sport guy and has bought and sold 9 jetski's to date. His favorite food is Chicken Alfredo and favorite singer is Elvis!
Chris KendallChris is our resident physical therapist. He was on the USA roller hockey team where he was able to travel the world. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and golfing!
